Use this form to make a request about your personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Our Grievance Officer, Mr. Gaurav Jain, will reply within 30 days.

You can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold and who we shared it with;
• correct or update your data;
• delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, invoices);
• stop sending you offers on WhatsApp, SMS, email or calls;
• let a person you nominate act for you if you die or cannot act.

You can also write to help@mytvs.com or call +91-8010241024 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday). If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
