50 km, free, from the breakdown location to the nearest myTVS workshop. Beyond 50 km it is Rs 40 per km for a 4-wheeler, charged both ways. If you want the car taken to a workshop other than a myTVS one, the towing is chargeable. Interstate charges, tolls and government taxes are payable by you.

Onsite emergency assistance, flat tyre support, battery jump start, key lockout assistance, fuel delivery, safe towing, and medical and legal coordination. Phone support is available 24x7.

myTVS covers the labour and the technician's travel. You pay for spare parts, tyre repair costs, the fuel itself, and towing beyond 50 km at Rs 40 per km.

The delivery is free. We bring 5 litres to you and you pay only for the fuel. It depends on local availability; if fuel cannot be arranged, we tow the car to the nearest fuel station instead.

Across India, 24x7. It is not available in island territories. In the Northeast and Jammu & Kashmir the service runs as per local conditions and response-time commitments do not apply. In hilly terrain and extreme weather, timelines may vary. During floods, earthquakes or other declared calamities, service is chargeable.

Yes. Towing is available for accident cases. For an accident, towing starts once police formalities, if any, are complete.

We arrange unlocking as per the OEM process, or fetch your spare key. Spare-key delivery is available only if the breakdown is in the same city as your registered residence. If the car cannot be opened on the spot, it is towed.

Neither. It is a 12-month roadside assistance service subscription. There is no warranty on it and it is not an insurance policy. It does not cover damage, theft or repair costs. It gets you and your car moving again.

Coordination only. If there is a medical emergency during a breakdown or accident, we share the contact details of nearby medical services or an ambulance and try to connect you. myTVS does not provide medical care and is not responsible for those services. The same applies to legal coordination.

If you pay online, your coupon reaches you instantly on email and WhatsApp, and the service activates automatically within a few hours. Nothing is shipped. If you choose Cash on Delivery, we courier you a box containing your printed coupon code, which you enter at one of the activation links printed inside the box. Cover starts on activation, not on the date of purchase, so activate straight away.

No. This is a non-returnable product and the order cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed.
