Fuel Delivery
If your vehicle runs out of fuel,
myTVS arranges fuel delivery based on local availability. When fuel delivery is not possible, the vehicle is guided or towed to the nearest fuel station.
Safe Towing Support
When onsite repair is not possible due to a breakdown or accident,
myTVS arranges safe towing to the nearest myTVS workshop.
Towing support is also available for accident cases and key loss situations, following the necessary formalities.

Medical & Emergency Support
In the event of a medical emergency during a breakdown or accident,
myTVS helps connect you with nearby medical or ambulance services, ensuring timely support.
Communication Support
myTVS keeps you connected by helping relay urgent messages to your family or friends and offering telephonic guidance for basic troubleshooting.

myTVS Car Emergency Assistance is available across PAN India.
Services in the Northeast and Jammu & Kashmir are provided as per local conditions.
In hilly or extreme terrains, service timelines may vary due to environmental factors.
Cancellation Policy:
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
In the event the vehicle is covered under this agreement having a breakdown due to minor mechanical | Electrical fault, myTVS CEA shall support by arranging vehicle technician due to breakdown location. myTVS CEA will bear the labour cost and conveyance charges. Cost of parts will be borne by customer.

In the event that the Vehicle has a puncture or tyre burst, myTVS CEA will try to repair the faulty tyre. All the cost related to tyre repairs will be charged to customers.
In case of non Availability of services; myTVS CEA shall tow the vehicle to the nearest puncture repair shop.

In case vehicle becomes immobilized because key is lost/lock. Delivery of Spare Key is available only if the breakdown location is in the same city as the customer residence.

In the event the Vehicle having a breakdown due to minor issue, myTVS CEA shall arrange vehicle technician for onsite minor repair.

In the event the Vehicle runs out of fuel. myTVS CEA will arrange 5 Ltrs of fuel. Fuel cost will be borne by the customer. The supply of fuel will be based on availability. In case of non - availability of fuel, Vehicle will be towed to the nearest fuel station.

In the event the Vehicle having a Battery Jump Start breakdown due to battery drain, myTVS CEA shall arrange technicians to jump start the vehicle with appropriate means.
In the event that a Vehicle is immobilized due to the breakdown or accident and “On-site” preliminary support to make the vehicle roadworthy is not possible, myTVS CEA shall arrange and bear the expense for transferring the Vehicle to the Nearest myTVS workshop from breakdown location. Towing will be free for up to 50 km from the breakdown location to a myTVS dealership. If the customer wishes to deliver the vehicle to any other dealership apart from myTVS workshop, the towing service will be chargeable. Excess KMs charges will be borne by the Customer on to & fro basis. INR 40/KM for 4W. These services shall be provided using equipment deemed most suitable by myTVS CEA.
Towing will be available for mechanical, electrical breakdowns, accidents & key lost cases where repair cannot be done on the spot. For accident cases towing will be activated on the completion of police formalities, if any.

Based upon the location and the nature of breakdown, TVS Auto Assist will use all mode of available towing.

Interstate charges and toll charges as well as all other government taxes shall be borne by Customer. In case the nearest dealer is in Tow Expense 2 other state, Customer has to bear all the transit charges.

Assistance to customer over the phone Phone Assistance during breakdown for minor issues and basic troubleshooting.
Providing timely support by connecting customers TVS CAR EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE with the appropriate medical or legal professionals during a breakdown or emergency. myTVS CEA acts purely as a facilitator by sharing relevant contact details and helping establish the first point of communication. All further interaction and services are directly between the customer and the respective service provider.

In case of any medical problem arising due to breakdown or accident, especially when the customer is traveling outstation, myTVS CEA shall provide contact details of the nearby professionals in related (Ambulance), earnestly try Medical field to ensure their first contact, in order to provide convenience to such customers. In this area myTVS CEA shall merely be a facilitator and shall not be held responsible for quality of services. All monetary or other transactions shall be directly between the customer and service provider. Our role shall end as soon as we provide contact details to the customer. In case such services are not available in that area myTVS CEA shall not be responsible in any manner, whatsoever.

In case of any legal support required at the time of breakdown TVS Auto Assist will only be a coordinator with the customer for any legal representative and will not held be responsible for any interaction that happens between the representative.
Service is available across PAN India. No coverage in island territories.
TVS Auto Assist will provide CEA services in the Northeast and J&K as per prevailing local conditions. SLA timelines will not be applicable in these regions.
Due to extreme climatic and road conditions in certain states and hill stations defined as hilly terrains, SLA may not be applicable.
Key Terms of Services
- The above Prices are exclusive of any Government taxes.
- Service fees quoted are based on the proposed assistance program and Geographical coverage.
- In this CEA Program, in the event of a surge in annualized frequency beyond the targeted 1% or 2% a price revision will be implemented with immediate effect. Additionally, if the ROS fails and the vehicle is towed, two services will be counted for intervention working.
- Every month, myTVS CEA shall calculate the fees to be paid by myTVS Accessories to myTVS CEA according to the enrolment data provided by TVS Accessories. Total payable amount for each month shall be invoiced by myTVS to myTVS Accessories within seven (7) days from the end of each month.
- The proposal is valid for the period of one month.
- The proposal is based upon a minimum contract period of one (1) year.
- Monthly Annualized Breakdown Incidence Percentage is arrived at by dividing the total number of services provided on Breakdown Vehicles attended last Month by Total number of Vehicles covered under CEA Coverage during the same period multiplied by 12.
- Force Majeure Clause: myTVS CEA shall not be liable for delay or failure to provide the services under the terms of service set out in this document if such delay or failure is caused or contributed by causes or events beyond our reasonable control, including, acts of nature, acts of public enemy, acts of statutory authorities or courts, acts of terrorism, acts of any person engaged in subversive activity or sabotage, strikes, embargoes, public rallies and protests etc. myTVS CEA will provide services to customers on chargeable basis during natural calamities such as floods, earthquake any other cases defined as calamity.
