Frequently Asked Questions
Which LED bulb (socket) does my car need - H4, H7, H11...?
Use the 'Find your exact fit' selector above - pick your car make & model and it shows the right socket (H4, H7, H11, H1, HB3 and more). Most Indian hatchbacks and sedans use H4; many use H7 or H11. Not sure? Message us your car model and we'll confirm.
Which is better - H4 or H7?
Neither is 'better' - they're different sockets. H4 is a single bulb with both high and low beam; H7 is a single-beam bulb (your car may use separate H7 bulbs for low and high). Pick the one your car's headlight actually uses.
Is a 6000K LED headlight legal in India?
6000K is a bright, daylight-white light. LED upgrades are mostly allowed, but please check your local RTO rules first. Use them responsibly - drive on low beam normally, switch to high beam only in exceptionally dark areas, and dip the beam for oncoming drivers to avoid glare. Correct beam alignment at the time of fitment matters.
Will my car pass FC after an LED conversion?
Plug-and-play bulbs that match your original socket and keep the factory beam pattern are the safest choice. Correct fitment and beam aim are what matter - we recommend professional installation and proper alignment.
Which LED headlight bulb is the brightest / best?
Our LED9 Hyperbeam (200W) is the brightest in the range with a long-throw beam; the LED8 (152W) is a strong value option. Both are 6000K white, IP68 waterproof, and carry a 2-year warranty.
Will it fit without modification?
Yes - these are plug-n-play and fit your car's original socket with no wiring changes. They're IP68 waterproof and flicker-free / CANbus-friendly on most cars. Pick your exact socket using the selector above.
What does 152W / 200W mean - which should I pick?
Wattage indicates output. 152W (LED8) is bright and great value; 200W (LED9) is our brightest for maximum night and highway visibility. Both run cool via an aluminium body. Choose 200W for the brightest beam, 152W for the best value.
What colour temperature and beam pattern do they have?
6000K crisp white light with a focused, well-defined beam for clear long-range visibility without scatter.
Warranty, returns & support?
2-year warranty and a 7-day return policy, with COD and free delivery available. Plus, myTVS has 75+ service centres across India for instant support on any future issues.
How do I install it - do I need a professional?
Installation is plug-n-play and takes about 10 minutes - remove the old bulb, plug in the LED, and secure it. For correct beam alignment (and doorstep installation in Delhi NCR) professional fitting is available.
